Casa Rodi is a private luxury boutique hotel located on the pristine shores of Jambiani, Zanzibar. Designed and built using natural, handmade materials, the property blends authentic African craftsmanship with a refined, modern luxury aesthetic, creating a serene and intimate retreat.
The hotel started in 2022, when founder Anas Hossaini, bringing years of Dubai real estate expertise, bought this land with a single vision: an elegant boutique hotel that feels effortless, grounded in nature, culture, and timeless design. Building it took patience, grit, and hands-on care at every step, but those challenges shaped the place into something authentic and extraordinary.
Today, Casa Rodi offers a thoughtfully crafted escape where warm design, local character, and quiet luxury come together.
